That all Pacific Older peoples & Pacific Aiga Carers have enhanced Health and Wellbeing and they are Treasured and Valued by their Pacific families, the wider communities and the whole of New Zealand society.

Organization Structure
"In April 2002 TOA Pacific registered as an Independent Incorporated Society although it had been a Charitable Organistion since 1995."
The Governance Board is nominated and voted in at the Annual General Meeting held in June of each year.The Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and Treasurer are selected at their first Board meeting.
Management & Staff
Malia Hamani QSM JP, is the General Manager and provides the day to day operational management of TOA Pacific. She inspires and leads her team to embrace the challenges that face TOA with courage,passion and innovative solutions. Malia also recognises the importantance and benefits of networking opportunities and positive collaborative relationships.
Molima Pihigia is the Pacific Elder Abuse and Neglect Prevention Coordinator and leads the Empower to Pamper programme which focuses on minimizing Pacific Elder Abuse and Neglect.
Salome Siua and Vai Tuali are both Project Leaders for the Maama and the time out programme activities.
Nancy Wright-Sandoy is the Community Development Project Leader.
